We’re a company registered in England and Wales, company number: 13285623, with our registered office at Top Floor, Unit 2 Cinnamon Park, Crab Lane, Fearnhead, Warrington, WA2 0XP .
By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. These terms cover the website only. Our consultancy work is governed by the separate contract we agree with each client.
1. Who can use the Site
The Site is aimed at businesses and professionals.
2. Information on the Site
We do our best to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise it’s always complete or error-free. The content is general information, not professional advice. Please speak to us before making decisions based on it, particularly on carbon reporting, assurance or compliance.
3. Intellectual property
We own the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, or we use it under licence. It’s protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark laws.
You’re welcome to view the Site, and to print or download extracts for your own business use or to share with colleagues, as long as you keep our copyright notices. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or sell any content without our written permission.

You can link to our home page or public pages, as long as it’s fair and legal and doesn’t suggest we endorse or are connected with you when we’re not. We can withdraw this permission at any time.

These terms, and any dispute connected with the Site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
